Fleet & Reception Administrator
At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Fleet & Reception Administrator to join our dedicated Shared Services team.

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38 hours per week
Salary: $78,862.07 - $84,561.95 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation. (pro-rata for part-time employment)

About the role
The Fleet & Reception Administrator role is responsible for delivering high-quality fleet management support to ensure BSL’s processes and policies are met at both the incumbent level and the driver level.
- Maintain and update the Fleet Manager database, ensuring all driver records and vehicle information are accurate and current.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments regarding fleet enquiries, providing timely support and resolving issues in collaboration with BSL’s incumbent fleet provider.
- Greet all visitors, ensure they sign in, and notify relevant staff of guest arrivals
- Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of enquiries, and forward details to the appropriate BSL contact via email
- Act as the back-up contact for fleet enquiries and infringement coordination, ensuring continuity of service in the absence of the primary coordinator.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in motor vehicle fleet management in a coordinator capacity, facilities administration, or logistics support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain driver databases, coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, and manage vehicle bookings.
- Experience handling infringement and nomination processes, liaising with fleet service providers
- Supporting procurement activities related to vehicles or assets
